Refund policy

The trial is refunded if it does not suit you

The trial costs €1.99 for 15 dictations, and renews into nothing. If it does not suit you, write to contact@voicetex.app within fourteen days: it is refunded, with no justification needed.

The first month is refunded on request

If the first charge of a subscription does not suit you, write to contact@voicetex.app within fourteen days of the charge and it is refunded in full, with no justification needed.

A charge taken by mistake is refunded

If you cancelled and a charge went through anyway, that is our mistake and it is refunded in full, however long ago it happened.

A prolonged outage is refunded

If the service is unavailable for several days in the same month, write to us: the period concerned is refunded pro rata. You do not have to demonstrate any loss.

What is not refunded

Months fully elapsed beyond the first one, where the service worked. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which stops the following charges.

Timing

Refunds are processed within fourteen days, to the payment method used for the purchase.
